Please note that express delivery refers to the speed of dispatch once production is complete.
International Delivery
• Delivery charges for international orders will be shown at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout refer to transportation time only and do not include personalisation time.
• Please allow an additional 4–6 working days for personalised items to be completed before dispatch.
• Express international shipping may be available to certain destinations.
Please note:
• Customs duties, VAT, and import charges are not included in our prices.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be requested directly by the courier or customs authority.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Our Delivery Partners
For the majority of our deliveries, we use trusted courier partners who provide fully tracked services.
Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival for security purposes.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Forever and Boo purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges subject to the following conditions.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging.
Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty:
• Products with custom embroidery or printed personalisation
• Any made-to-order personalised products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as Forever and Boo cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items returned in perfect, unused condition.

Returns Processing Time
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
During particularly busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not controlled by Forever and Boo.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
