Orders

 

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections and add your chosen items to your basket. When you're ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your delivery and payment details.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has already entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.


Personalisation

 

Can I personalise my items?

Yes. Many of our pieces can be personalised with embroidery or vinyl printing. Personalisation options will be available on the product page where applicable.

 

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised items are usually completed and dispatched within 4–6 working days.

If you choose Express Made-to-Order Delivery, personalised items are normally completed within 2–3 working days.

 

Can personalised items be returned?

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Please ensure all spelling and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.


Delivery

 

How much is delivery?

UK standard delivery is £5.00 or free on orders over £75.

Delivery costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders without personalisation are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Personalised orders are usually dispatched within 4–6 working days.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times shown at checkout refer to transportation only and do not include personalisation time.

 

Will I need to pay customs fees?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and VAT may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are issued by your local customs authority.


Returns

 

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in original condition.

Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

How long do returns take to process?

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
